Can I buy phone numbers for a SIP trunk?

The ordering workflow organizes numbers by country and city, with monthly rental and setup fees. Live number delivery is not available until a carrier is connected. Confirm availability before adding funds.

Can I get VoIP without KYC?

Signup asks for a company name, work email, and password. Auralis does not ask for an identity document to open the account or to pay a crypto invoice.

Can I pay for VoIP with crypto?

Add funds with the cryptocurrencies on the Plisio invoice, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and stablecoins such as USDT. A confirmed payment becomes USD credit, and number orders spend that balance.

How does the prepaid balance work?

Add funds through an available payment method. Once the payment is confirmed, your USD balance can pay for number orders and messaging. Returning from checkout alone does not add credit.

Which crypto networks can I use?

Add funds with the cryptocurrencies Plisio supports, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Solana, and stablecoins on more than one network. Each choice shows its network, such as TRC-20 or ERC-20. Pay the exact network and amount on the invoice.

Can I connect my existing PBX?

The trunk settings show the SIP host, authentication mode and connection details. Use those settings in your PBX. Trunk provisioning requires the carrier connection to be in place.

Is everything available immediately?

No. Account registration and saved trunk settings are available, but live number inventory, SIP calling and messaging are not connected yet. Plisio checkout is configured; real settlement still needs acceptance testing. Confirm service availability before funding.
