SIP trunk settings for your PBX
Understand Auralis SIP authentication, connection details and the difference between saved settings and live carrier provisioning.
What is a SIP trunk?
A SIP trunk connects compatible business phone software to a voice network. Auralis provides a workspace for managing trunk labels, authentication and connection details alongside number orders and a prepaid balance.
Password or IP authentication
For password authentication, create a labelled trunk to generate a username and password. Open its connection details and confirm your account password to reveal the SIP credentials. IP authentication instead records an allowed address list. Use the host and connection settings displayed in your account, not values copied from another provider.
Connect your PBX
Copy the displayed SIP host, username and password into your PBX when the carrier connection has been provisioned. The current portal displays UDP on port 5060. A saved trunk is not proof of an active voice route: confirm provisioning and test inbound and outbound calls before routing production traffic.
Current service availability
Live carrier provisioning is not connected yet. You can manage saved trunk settings, but live calling and number delivery are not currently available. OTP rentals and cloud-server purchases are disabled. Check service availability before funding an account.
